The stuff they put in our heads is ridiculous. They tell us how to live, where to go, and what to eat. Alcest, on the other hand, has released a great album. Released back in August, it was not till last month that I was able to discover the greatness of this album. It's one of those albums that everyone seems to like, yet you do not--or I, myself--feel guilty for enjoying. I know the whole shoegazer excitement has waned since the early--0r mid 90's. However, I envision 2008 will see a return of the shoegazer. I am quite fond to playing with impetuous energy.

Why are the Kids Going Crazy?
If you ever go to the store you will see first hand that the kids are going crazy. You see them rolling around and scuffing up the floors; you see them cheap trickin' with no regard for changing the course of things.

I guess I have a lack of the serotonin. Is there something wrong with this disparity?
